SprayStriker™ 3000-12500 L Hi-Flow Electric sprayer for trucks
Our NEW Hilltip SprayStriker™ HFE series truck sprayers are the largest in the SprayStriker™ product family. These truck-mounted brine sprayers have liquid tank capacities of 3,000-12,500 litres. Our fully 12V/24V electric-powered de-icing truck sprayers help contractors reduce salt usage and speed up the process.
The SprayStriker™ HFE series truck sprayers are equipped with StrikeSmart™ controllers, which feature GPS ground speed control and HTrack™ 2-way online tracking and control system as standard. Optionally STRIKESMART™ -PLUS and TEMPSTRIKER™ features weather forecast information and current air, road and dew point temperature information. The control system automatically suggests optimum spread rate for the driver, that will deliver world class ice control performance and road safety.
The truck sprayers are designed for maximum liquid tank capacity and for use on municipal trucks and truck beds of different lengths. The durable and lightweight poly tanks are supported by a powder-coated stainless steel frame construction. The truck bed sprayers, dual hi-flow pumps, motors, valves, and CPU units are protected inside an easy-to-reach stainless steel cabinet.
This truck brine sprayer is compatible with our standard HTrack™ tracking software. You can track and manage all of your spreading devices and snowplows online on your computer, tablet or smartphone. The program shows treatment route and spreading details on the map in real-time or between specific time intervals. Spreading route details such as speed, GPS location and material used can be summarized and generated as PDF reports.
The controller lets you customize your spreading session according to your current situation. Automatic GPS-speedcontrol adjusts the amount of spreading material (g/m²) according to your vehicle speed, while manual mode lets you insert a fixed auger speed. The controller additionally collects and saves essential data to an USB memory, allowing you to generate spreading reports. The controller also makes it easy to turn on functions, like vibrator, beacon and work light, from inside the cabin.

By applying a liquid solution before the snow or rain falls, it will stay in the pores and cracks of the road and then restrict the bonding between the road surface and the ice. This will make the snow/ice come off easier when plowing.
When a liquid solution is applied to an already icy/snowy road it will immediately start breaking up the ice from the top down. By mixing the right solution for your current winter temperatures, you wont be wasting salt or money.

* Calculations based on the following application rates: Dry salt 30g/m2, Pre-Wet 17g/m2, Brine 35ml/m2. With a Pre-Wet system the application rate is significantly lower, as the pre-wetted salt bonds to the ground and immediately start breaking up the ice.
